The Spirit of the Domaine
We do not define our work as producing coffee, but as interpreting the land, the weather, time, and variety.
Better soil. Better coffee.
Our Domaine philosophy is rooted in the legacy of Enrique “Segueto” Navarro (†), who understood that exceptional coffee does not begin in the cup, nor even in the cherry — it begins in living, healthy, and balanced soil.
Today, our work is grounded in regenerative, sustainable, and intelligent agriculture, whose primary goal is not only to grow coffee, but to cultivate and restore the soil, allowing it to express its full potential.
Guided by this vision, we follow one core principle: Better Soil. Better Coffee.
Our Approach Integrates Four Dimensions
Biological health of the soil
Climate behavior and slow mountain maturation
Genetic selection and varietal adaptation
Curation and human decision-making
The spirit of domaine
An exceptional coffee does not begin in the cup — it begins in the soil. Our work is not to produce, but to interpret. Through regenerative agriculture, varietal selection, and curation, we reveal the natural identity of each lot.
Better Soil. Better Coffee.
