Our Time-Rested Micro Lots represent a distinctive and defining profile of the Domaine — small plots carefully harvested, curated, and naturally rested to allow the sugars, acidity, and aromatic compounds to fully stabilize.
This profile reflects the Signature expression of Monte Copey, resulting in a cup with remarkable clarity, balance, sweetness, and a true identity of origin.
Micro Lots
Our Micro Lots mark the beginning of Monte Copey’s journey into specialty coffee. In 2009, Enrique “Segueto” Navarro and his family shifted from commercial production to the careful curation of specialty coffee, selecting precise plots with dedicated varietal separation and processing.
